I would like you to remove my photo above that you have RENAMED as Black Tie Puppy as all of my photos are under copy wright to me and me alone–you did not ask permission to use my photo nor to blog my photo and had you read my profile at flickr you would know that permission is to be asked first–so please remove this photo or I will file a NOI against you and your company. Should you wish to contact me and discuss payment for using this photo then by all means please contact me at flickr.com otherwise take it down!
