Where can I purchase this Herbie costume for my Basset Hound?

I searched and searched but couldn’t find a Herbie costume for dogs (or even humans) anywhere. This one obviously took a lot of work to put together.

I love this Herbie Costume. I am looking for a costume for my Basset Hound and one for me, I would like to go as a team, but I am open to anything. Do you have any suggestions (herbie and ________________). Where can I purchase some unusual dog/pet costumes.
