WTF!!! that is digusting how that stupid damn owner can humiliate and degrade his dog to such an extent!! scumbag! the dog looks so sad! please god burn this frikkin man in hell!!!!!
that pathetic lowlife owner shouldn’t be allowed to own a dog! first he has to learn how to treat one and then that idiot can get a dog!!
